Peace of Mind - Parts Department
On Tuesday the 18th enough was enough. I purchased my first bike a few weeks back and my experience was less than enjoyable now looking back on it, and I have been coming across issues with my bike. The main concern was my front end. The thing just did not feel right so I finally decided to take it into Sierra Steel to see if they can honor my HD warranty (which they did without hesitation) and to see if they can take care of me and earn my business and fix someone else's wrong (which they work hasn't even been done yet and they did that too). Service department sent me over to parts to make sure everything I needed would be in stock or getting it coming. That is were I ran into Jaron and Robbie. Those two working together as a team with how busy they were and short staffed were able to handle not only my large need but numerous other customers in order to get me out of there in a timely fashion. Jaron and Robbie definitely know what they were doing, and went to great lengths making calls and tracking down parts to get me back on the road as soon as possible. Sierra Steel has an amazing Parts Manager and fantastic team behind him.

10.18.22 - Purchased my first Harley from another dealer a few weeks back, and my experience wasn't the greatest. I recently discovered significant front end damage to my bike, and luckily purchased a warranty when I bought the bike. Frustrated with my location of purchased I pulled into Sierra Steel to discussion my options on getting this fixed and was hoping they can get my out of this hole I found myself in. First, I walked into Service where I met Austin and he was a huge help and understanding of my situation. Part way through telling him the story of my experience Brian came out to have a understanding of my struggles as well. Both gentleman where fantastic and great! Walked out to my bike to do a quick diagnosis and that is when we discovered it was worse than I originally thought. They reassured me and told me not to worry they were going to take care of me, and that is exactly what they are doing. They scheduled me an appointment to get the bike in and are going to get working on it ASAP so I do not miss anymore upcoming rides. Sierra Steel's service team has my business from here on out.
